I am Vignesh residing in Chennai , which is stituated in South India. I started collecting stamps when i was 12years of age.( 7th grade ) . and still i am persuing it . In this blog i just wanted to show others that PHILATELY is not only about stamps , but there is lots of things beyond stamps that an Philatelist can collect ie , postal stationaries like PUC ( Postally used covers ) cancellations etc .
